Raw carnivore food is healthier than cooked food.
I’m 70 and for more than 6 years (since April 2016) I have been eating mostly raw meat, raw fish (raw Meat/Fish Zero Carb or MFZC diet); and drinking pure water. I have cured all my diseases (most of them during the first year) and today I continue to live without diseases and health problems. In light of that, I have decided to publish my research (see articles below) and share my experience with others.
According to my and some of my follower’s past and present experience and observations, if you are persistent and strongly willing to live without diseases, you definitely can try to eat ONLY raw MFZC plus raw eggs and walnuts diet and drink ONLY pure water and lemon water. This is quite enough and NOTHING ELSE is needed to eat or drink for the achievement of living without diseases for the rest of your life.
You can start eating or drinking them in small portions 4-5 times a day and not overeat if you have any specific negative reactions.

In October 2020, I read and studied a large number of articles on the health benefits of certain plant and animal foods, and analyzed my rich past experience with diets that included certain plant foods. In the end, I found some possible ways to improve the MFZC diet by adding a daily amount of, for example, sour lemon water. In fact, adding these relatively small amounts of a select few plant products is not a bad idea if they are most beneficial to overall health and have healing powers. As such, I decided to start adding this lemon water to the MFZC diet and watch how it works for me. See for example a) below:
a) FROM the beginning of November 2020, I started a long-term test of freshly prepared organic lemon water which consisted of ripe sour lemon and distilled water. See parts 1-3 in Article 10 for more information.
FROM the beginning of January 2021, I prefer not to eat after 4 pm. See Article 18 for more information.
b) FROM the beginning of August 2021, I started a long-term test of drinking organic raw eggs two times a day right after my main meat or fish meal. I drank 2 eggs per time which is relatively less than the amount of meat/fish I eat. See part 3 of Article 4 for more information.
c) FROM the beginning of December 2021, I increased the daily frequency of drinking freshly prepared organic lemon water due to its noticeable positive effects. I drink it 3 times a day – 2 times about 10-20 min before my meal, and 1 time after 2-3 hours of eating the morning meal. The amount of lemon water I drink was the same each time about 200-250 ml.
d) FROM the beginning of January 2022, I started a long-term test of eating everyday ground raw walnuts. I ate and continue to eat them after 2-3 hours after my main morning meat meal. See part 5 of Article 10 for more information.
I do not cure anyone but can give you recommendations, advice, and answers to your potential questions if you are interested and decided to give it a try to eat a mostly raw MFZC plus raw eggs and raw walnuts diet, and drink mostly pure water and lemon water. Also, I can provide explanations of what and why I wrote the information on my website in accordance with more than 40 years of personal experience in experimenting and analyzing diets and more than 50 years of studying different diets.
I added many links in the articles to support my point of view which contain additional information on the topics discussed here. It can take quite a long time to read them all. If you don’t have much time, just skip the links. This will not prevent you from understanding the general ideas and statements presented in the articles.
I continue to update the articles or their parts below from time to time including developing, improving, changing them, and renewing their dates. Notice 1: Unfortunately, the diet may not be for everybody. BUT this is mostly related to many existing now personal “scientific” opinions on this diet, and/or also due to the personal addiction to one’s own opinion and to the playing with long/short time experiments using different kinds of food, supplements, or vitamins.
Also, a very small number of people may not be healed completely on the diet due to their possible genetic variations.
Notice 2: If you have:
— many tattoos have proven negative side effects on your health. There is interesting and confirmed information that many prisoners and people who have many tattoos often behave crazily and irresponsibly, especially in old age. (see part 10 in Article 4),
— often using permanent and semi-permanent makeup, that is poisoning you through the skin (see part 10 in Article 4),
— often using other chemicals to make your skin look cleaner and better, that is poisoning you through the skin (see part 10 in Article 4),
— often using dyes for hair, sunscreens, and repellents, that is poisoning you through the skin (see part 10 in Article 4),
— dead teeth, once treated with a root canal, that are permanently poisoning you (see part 9 in Article 4),
— amalgam fillings in teeth, that are permanently poisoning you (see part 9 in Article 4),
— crowns because under them there is a permanent source of infection (see part 9 in Article 4),
you very probably cannot live without diseases and health problems for the rest of your life, especially in old age.
This information can be useful in case you have tried many diets including the MFZC diet but continue to have any health problems.
Notice 3: Before your try the MFZC diet, let me ask you a question: – Are you willing to give up the diets/foods and beverages that made you sick?
If your answer is solid and completely positive, then consuming mostly an MFZC diet and pure water can really help you to solve your present and future health problems. If your answer is negative, the MFZC diet may not help you and maybe is not for you.
P.S. By the way, at the present time you can see a lot of the deep suffering patients in the hospitals near your residence or watch them in “GREY’S ANATOMY” on Netflix.
Following what’s written above let me ask you the next question: – Do you really want to become like one of these patients mostly due to your wrong harmful diet/beverages, your own often ignorant experiments with different diets, your laziness, carelessness, and/or due to your aging?
Moreover, at present, many people have lost their natural ability to feel satiated — the signal telling them they are full and had enough to eat. Eating until you’re full can be the wrong approach at this time especially if you are sick and still healing. In this connection let me ask you a one more important question: – Are you just eating to live or are you living to eat?

Notice 4: No one carnivore eats marinated meat/fish. The most important rule of the MFZC diet is that you mostly do not eat or drink anything else except raw meat/fish, raw eggs, raw walnuts, and pure and lemon water. This is a great way to heal your present and potential diseases and health problems by using this diet and pure water.
Also, you may eat meat/fish as much as you want, but remember at present time, a truthful common expression ‘listen to your body doesn’t work properly if you are under influence of cooked, fermented or hormonal food, supplements, beverages, medicines, drugs, etc.
Many people have lost their natural ability to feel satiated — the signal telling them they are full and had enough to eat. These people cannot stop eating, overeating, and feeling unwell as a consequence. Eating until you’re full can be the wrong approach at this time especially if you are still healing (see part 1 in Article 15 for additional information).
Actually, continually following this vitally important but tough diet will change your future life completely. You will gradually heal most of your diseases and health problems. You will become healthier, smarter, and more creative than you were before. Your emotions will be more normal, adequate, and stable. Your body and brain will work every day like a precise clock, and according to your existing inner natural body and brain cycles (see part 5 in Article 2 for additional information).
Some of my readers asked me if it was worth keeping the MFZC diet every day for the rest of my life? My answer is definitely YES. The diet healed me and changed my personality completely and I absolutely do not want to be ill again and return to my previous sick and weak personality, which had a lot of health problems.

INFORMATION ABOUT AN ADDITIONAL METHOD TO HEAL COVID–19:
It was proven already for quite a long time experimentally by many people that people who follow our diet don’t have flu or colds related to viral or bacterial infections. Let me remind you that our simple diet consisting mostly of raw meat, raw fish, and pure water can heal some viral infections including Covid-19 if you don’t eat and drink anything else (that is very important).
YES, THE DIET CAN HEAL FROM COVID-19 INFECTION AND/OR PREVENT FROM CONTAMINATION OF COVID-19.
People, who are already infected by Covid-19, especially those who feel bad, should start the MFZC diet and drink pure water immediately despite a possible difficult period of adaptation (see part 4.1. in Article 2). They must not eat or drink anything else.
Read Articles 1, 2, 5, 7, and 15 on the website which will explain why many viral infections will not contaminate you. Pay special attention to reading parts 5 and 7 in Article 5.
Also if you or your friends know anybody who is already infected, please give him/her this information. It will provide them an additional chance to recover or stay alive.
